Who Qualifies

If you are a resident of Harmony Borough, Zelienople Borough, Lancaster Township or Jackson Township and receive food stamps, unemployment compensation or public assistance, you already qualify. For persons with other sources of income, the guidelines through June 30, 2012, are:
